Nikolaus Schlebrügge

CINEMATOGRAPHER

Nikolaus Schlebrügge was born in Vienna in 1989. While studying history at university, he gained his first experience in the world of cinema. In 2016, he joined the ZeLIG School for Documentary in Bolzano, where he earned his diploma in cinematography. Based in Berlin and Vienna, he works as a cinematographer for documentaries, feature films, series, and art projects. Nikolaus has filmed in extreme conditions, including the Arctic, and has worked on long-term projects. He is particularly dedicated to projects that address social and political issues.
